These terms apply to your use of the InterDirector website at interdirector.com, which is provided by Interwebbi Solutions, Finland (imprint). By using the website you agree to them. They do not limit any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

1. What these terms cover

They cover the website only. The InterDirector software will have its own licence terms, which you will be shown and asked to accept before you buy or use it. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell anything.

2. The information on this website

We describe InterDirector as it works in its released versions, and take care that what we say is right. The software changes, so a description here may be out of date, and we do not promise that the website is free of mistakes. The changelog is the record of what changed in each release.

3. Names and content

The website’s text, design and images, and the InterDirector name and logo, belong to Interwebbi Solutions. You may not copy them for any other use without our permission. Other product and company names are the property of their owners, and are used here only to say what InterDirector works with: NDI® is a registered trademark of Vizrt NDI AB; Apple, Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc.; VST is a trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH.

4. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is voluntary and rests on your consent. It does not oblige you to buy anything, and it does not oblige us to sell to you. You can leave the list at any time by writing to info@interdirector.com. What we do with your details is described in the privacy notice.

5. Links to other websites

The website links to websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

6. Our liability

We provide the website as it is. To the extent the law allows, Interwebbi Solutions is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using the website or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

7. Changes

We may change these terms, and the new version applies from the day it is published on this page.
